My Story About
a Journey to Find these
Top Secret Restaurant Recipes.
My wife and I love to eat out. Unfortunately the rising cost of restaurant foods are appalling and disheartening. With four children and the cost of living on the rise, we were forced to stay at home and eat home cooked meals much more often than we wanted. A few months pass by and my urge for the restaurant food is back and stronger than ever.
So, after racking my brain for quite some time, it finally clicks. Why not check online and see if I can find some of these Famous Restaurant Recipes!
After looking long and hard, I had stumbled upon a few websites that had free "secret" restaurant recipes. They had claimed to taste just like the real thing. Well, there was only one way to find out.
So, the next day I had tried one of my favorites, Olive Garden's Pasta e Fagioli Soup. After taking a trip to the store to pick up the ingredients that I did not already have. I venture to the kitchen and lay the ingredients out on the table and begin to work my magic in the kitchen.
After finishing the recipe, we taste the results. Good, very good indeed. Although, it did not taste like the Olive Garden recipe that was hoped for. So the search continues...
So we try another recipe and another and another and another. Very few met our expectations of a true duplicate restaurant recipe. Until..
I Read About an Author
Ron Douglas is the author of over 10 cookbooks with 2 best sellers. More then a thousand recipes combined. Why did this author and these cookbooks catch my attention? They were what I had been searching for,
Famous Restaurant Recipes, at least I was hoping they were what I was looking for.
While being very skeptical about actually paying money for these given my current financial situation and obligations to my 4 children, Corin, Hailee, Kevin and Kenneth JR. I felt like I was on a one way street and had no where else to turn. My wife, Deana, yearned for the same kind of recipes that I did. So we decided to give one of Ron Douglas's cookbooks a shot and had hoped for the best.
Deana and I were very excited although still not quite so sure about these recipes. So we both ended up making something from the cookbook. We agreed that she could make the dessert and I could make the dinner.
Deana chose to make the Oreo Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory restaurant recipes, for what would hopefully turn out to be a delicious dessert after a captivating dinner.
How our Famous
Restaurant Recipes Turned out.
We had prepared everything that we needed the night before, so we could make our recipes after work quickly and effortlessly.
With all ingredients on the table and pans searing on the top of the stove, I began my adventure in the kitchen, once again.
While I was cooking, the aromas coming off of this particular food was amazing. About 20 to 30 minutes later it was finished and looked great. It looked even better on a plate.
After a few bites it was clear that this truly was Olive Garden's Chicken Crostina recipe. Our tests were not over yet, there was still dessert to be eaten. Oh Boy, did it look good.
Deana, made an Oreo Cheesecake that looked like it was an exact replica of one of The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant Recipes. It looks great but, how does it taste?
After we finished our first slice we were very excited and satisfied with the end result. It tasted identical to the real thing!
We tried recipe after recipe and every one tasted like the true Famous Restaurant Recipes that we had been searching for. We didn't try every recipe in the book but we did try a lot of them.
The only reason that I decided to share this with you is because I wanted you to enjoy the benefits of delicious food at a very affordable price, just as we did.
