Bacon Cheddar Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients
6 to 8 large red potatoes peeled and cubed
2 stalks celery diced
8 strips low salt bacon cooked and crumbled
Reserved bacon grease
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
3 cans whole milk
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. celery flakes
1 garlic clove crushed
4 c. chicken stock
1 cup graded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook potatoes in chicken stock with celery flakes. Fry bacon; set aside. Cook onion, celery and garlic in reserved bacon fat. In large pan, mix soup and milk. Stir until smooth. Add potatoes, celery and bacon. Bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve topped with Cheddar Cheese.
