Chives and Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
• Pared potatoes(cut in bite size pieces) – 6 nos.
• Chopped onions – 2 nos.
• Chicken bouillon cubes – 4 nos.
• Carrot, pared, sliced – 1 no.
• Stalk celery, sliced – 1 no.
• Washed Leeks (cut in bite size pieces) – 2 nos.
• Butter – 2 teaspoons
• Salt – 1 to 2 teaspoons
• Pepper to taste
• Water – 4 cups
• Parsley flakes – 1 teaspoon
• Chives, chopped – 1 no.
• Evaporated milk cans – 1 no.
Recipe:
Put all ingredients except milk and chives in crockpot or slow cooker. Cook for 10-12 hours at low or for 3-4 hours at high. Stir in milk in last hour. Serve topped with chives.
