This soup rivals the soup served at Panera's.
Cream Cheese Potato Soup Recipe :
4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
8 ounces cream cheese, cut in cubes
1. Combine broth, onions, spices and potatoes.
2. boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender.
3. Mash a few potatoes to release their starch for thickening.
4. Reduce heat to low.
5. Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
6. Enjoy!
