Leek and Potato Soup Recipe

I cook like an Indian Auntie, so if some of the proportions seem "off" I tweak them while cooking.
4 Potatoes - peeled and diced
2 med. leeks - diced small
2 cup water
2 cartons low sodium chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp dill
Salt and crushed White Pepper to taste
In a big saucepan (16 qt) bring all ingredients except the cream, honey and spices to a boil, and cook for 1 hour or until potatoes and leeks are fully cooked. Pull off the heat, add remaining ingredients and stir well. Serve and Enjoy my potato soup recipe!
