Possible technique/ ingredient

I find that mincing/chopping anything is easy with the cleaver that came with my "as-seen-on-tv" miracle blades. Specially parsley and it's way easier to clean a cutting board than any appliance. Just keep cutting until you have the exact size you want. I also prefer Italian canned plum tomatoes to the usual thing found in the supermarket. Sounds like a really good soup!
